I had never heard of Allo, but I knew I didn't want Spectrum. It was easy to schedule, the techs showed up on time, did a clean and professional installation, and within an hour, I had fast, reliable service with no complications. I'll be recommending Allo to anyone that needs Internet out here.
I called because I had some work done in my garage and my internet went down about an hour after the workers left. I called ALLO and they sent someone within the hour. Omar came, followed by Steven, and they discovered that the fiber optic had been damaged and replaced it. They ensured that everything was up and running to my satisfaction before leaving. They were very professional and courteous.
Omar was a great guy and he was very helpful through the set up process!
