We give five stars to Allmed Ambulance driver Artem for his careful driving of my husband to Roosevelt Care Center. We appreciate him taking the time to make sure my husband was comfortable and took his condition seriously in providing an environment of comfort and support during the drive. Three transporters brought a patient 45 min late to their appointment and decided 15 minutes was too long for their patient (who is bed bound in a stretcher) to get tests done and a follow up with their doctor, so they took the patient and left without being seen. That is such a disservice to the patient who uses their insurance. They will pay for this trip for nothing, now has to be rescheduled for no reason.
