So sad, pulled into wawa, a Allmed ambulance was parked in front taking up 2 handicap parking spots. driver with feet up on dash and 2nd guy standing outside on passenger side.. unreal.. went in and when came out they were still there and now were smoking a joint.. thats right.. smoking pot.. Great job screening your drivers . Not only do they take up not 1 but 2 handicap spots but they sit right in front of the wawa smoking weed... WTH

My biggest complaint is that neither of my drivers could communicate with me. They barely and I mean barely spoke any English and I don’t think they understood me either. Not to mention taking me to Somerset when my appointment was in Avenel. I will NEVER use them again

2nd time I used this service to transport my wife from rehab center to orthopedic doctor….NJ To NY. Incredibly expensive. Driver was having trouble on the Turnpike, he was weaving between lanes. We think he had fallen asleep at the wheel. I finally had to tell him wake up, you are all over the road. He drove a little better after that but I certainly won’t use this service again.
