I had a mixed experience renting with Allmand Properties. While there were some positives, there were also several issues that made living in the house frustrating. I would like to start off by saying between 6 people we are currently paying around 7,000$ a month not including any utilities. Renewing the lease, our rent did increase however it was an amount that seems reasonable. Completely predatory – avoid at all costs. Allmand had us sign two leases so that they didn't have to comply with the Right to Renew statute the Ann Arbor city government passed. Because of this, they were able to lease our apartments out from under us without any adequate notice.

Allmand Properties is a great place to live in. The apartments are very spacious and beautifully designed. I am very grateful to the staff for making the process of renting and booking the property a hassle-free task for me.
