I had an appointment today at 2:00 pm of course I understand late policies and everything. Allmans late policy is 10 minutes as we all know EVERY doctor has there late policies and I respect that but I arrived literally at 2:11 pm and had to park got out the car walked up the stairs got in there at 2:12 pm and the receptionist told me to hold on so the time was 2:13 pm . I was told I wouldn’t be seen so I asked if they could see if she would see me. They asked and I was told I would have to reschedule and pay the no show fee... read more
To save time at this office, walk in, leave your money on the counter and then walk out
Very terrible exerpience. My wife went in for her appoiintment and the front desk clerks were very rude and aggresive towards her. Although the nurses and doctor were the complete opposiite and were very nice and care about my wife's well being.
