I work from home. My current chair armrest broke on a Thursday afternoon. Within an hour I had a new chair. I called Shawn and described my current chair. He recommended the Hon Ignition 2.0 chair. I drove down immediately. Showed Shawn a photo of the broken chair and he had over 5 assembled Hon chairs to show me. He knew all about the chair, showed me how to move all of the adjustments. This is probably the best experience I had shopping for office furniture didn’t even realise the place was there until I looked it up online. There was plenty of office furniture, great options. Shawn was very helpful. Help me with all my needs, very great guy to do business. When it came for a delivery, they were in and out. I would shop here again.
