I come here often but unfortunately I am horrible at finding gifts for my girls!! But this time, I was greeted by a lovely young lady by the name of Paige, she had great customer service and amazing taste, knowing exactly what would be suitable for my daughters, while considering aspects such as their age and style, I ended up buying some products and my kids couldn’t be happier, I hope this lovely worker doesn’t go unnoticed! Thank you.
I don’t really write reviews but on Friday night I was served by a lovely girl who had glasses on she was very friendly and approachable. I hadn’t heard of this brand but if I had a question she took the time to explain products to me and try them out around the sink, great customer service. I ended up buying a few things from clearance to try out. The chocolate lip balm was my favourite.
I purchased a $60 mystery bag and the quality of the items I received is incredible! I also purchased one of their sale items for just $7 from memory. I also got a free shower foam for spending over $50 which is insane value! The lady serving me was lovely too, she signed me up to their rewards program and overall exhibited great customer service. Can’t wait to try all my products 🙂
The two girls who worked on Sunday (I never got their names) were so lovely to me and my little sister. We went in the morning to have a look and didn’t buy anything but came back later in the afternoon and got some stuff! Both the girls were so kind and friendly. It was so lovely seeing younger girls being supportive about skincare and bodycare and taking the time to show the products and explain everything to me and my sister! Great customer service!
Ok. Really small and allways basiclt the same things, they need to change it up.
