The owners are thoughtful and intentional about their space, operations and services they offer.
The staff are very professional and skilled. Every interaction I have had with them has been positive. The facility is updated. They care about their clients and community and give back. They hosted a trunk or treat last year and sponsored a booth at the Autism Walk in Towson last fall. Highly recommend.
Owner is extremely rude .. considering how she behaves after miscommunication I cannot imagine how to treats the children or employees . Having worked at other places with children who have disabilities the owner doesn’t seem like she has the patience to work with adults let alone children with children who need extra nurturing.
The Customer Service Representative was really polite and guided me to to speak to someone efficiently I’d definitely recommend
