After vising the Brigham City ER and having an awkward feeling about letting the Dr. just cast my arm. I was happy that I elected to leave the Brigham City emergency room and go to McKay Dee ER. Dr. Okawa was there and identified that I had torn a tendon and badly fractured the bones in my hand and needed immediately to have surgery that night. After that the care gradually declined. First, let me start by saying that Dr Okawa is a miracle worker. I had breast reconstructive surgery, following a bilateral mastectomy, by a different, recommended doctor, who I felt didn’t listen to me or what I wanted and he actually seemed offended when I wanted a revision surgery. Dr. Okawa was recommended to me by nurses at the hospital. They respect her results. I had a knuckle removed. In the time frame she predicted, I was able to type and grew a perfectly normal finger nail. Both function and appearance are beyond my expectations. I'm grateful I drove the extra miles to see Dr. Okawa.
