Had a recall done today, no surprise charges or telling me work needs to be done on my vehicle, unlike my first visit there with a different employee whose name I cannot recall. I highly recommend Dan from Alliston Volkswagen. He was extremely polite and I had a wonderful experience. My car was finished before the expected time as well. Very polite and professional!
What a wonderfully refreshing sales experience we had here. Peter was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. He gave us fair value for our trade-in and a price we were happy with for our new vehicle. There was no upselling or pressure sale tactics. Peter was straight to the point and walked us through the whole process. We are extremely happy.

Went in in December to inquire about a new car. There was only one salesperson at the time which was fine and he was with other people but he never acknowledged me to say anything and when he was finished with the other people, he walked into the back and didn’t come out for 15 minutes. Didn’t seem to want to help at all and never asked for my information to reach out- all other dealerships I went to had asked for my info to help me further.
