Seeing as how it’s not possible to give six stars, please accept this review as the sixth star. Much of the stress and anxiety I have always felt toward dentists throughout my lifetime has been lifted through becoming a patient of Dr. Lam recently. One of the biggest issues I have always dealt with is not being “frozen” enough. Every dentist I have ever visited has never taken my concern as serious as Dr. Lam has. Fantastic experience all around! Knowledgeable and patient, the dentists and staff answer any questions or concerns and take great care of you. Even willing to work with you on scheduling.
The staff are just wonderful. Incredibly patient and thorough, personable and friendly. Sitting after my appointment each client who came in was greeted warmly by name. Dr. Lam is personable, efficient and great at what he does. As someone with Anxiety and history of some major dental work in my past they had me as relaxed as I’ve been in a Dentist chair.
Polite and professional. My family has been going here for almost 6 years. Have recommended to friends and family as well. Edit - unfortunately, we stopped going here. Things changed in office and so did the whole atmosphere and the billing apparently, as well. I also had a cavity in my front tooth (black spot - hard to miss)and apparently no one could see it until I pointed it out and asked for it to be fixed. 🤨 even AFTER X-Rays, examining my mouth/teeth and speaking with me.
