Polite and professional. My family has been going here for almost 6 years. Have recommended to friends and family as well. Edit - unfortunately, we stopped going here. Things changed in office and so did the whole atmosphere and the billing apparently, as well. For years I had a lot of anxiety around dental appointments. I had a bad experience that left me fearful to go. I needed some work done on a tooth that was giving me discomfort. I initially emailed them and was sent such a kind and understanding reply back from Darlene the receptionist. My daughter is terrified of needles and I can not say enough great things about Dr Lam and his staff. She had two root canals and fillings today and everyone was so caring and kind. From a family of scaredy-cats we highly recommend them
