After buying a snow blower with major flaws in design and engineering, was left with a piece of junk that neither the store manager (Nicole) or the warranty company(midland power) would take responsibility for. It is a Benchmark snowblower that was used for 1hour. Instead of helping me get into another machine and helping me get a return authorization, all parties involved blamed the issues on me misusing the product. Now I know why the machine is no longer available online or in stores. Not a happy customer!!!!
