Although I like this store, it's a last resort for me in Alliston. I had to return something to this location, and I had to wait at the service desk while the single person there was helping somebody else with an order. The policy of returns to the service counter where they help people make an orders for lumber, while the cashier at that particular time was alone at the cash, and two employees were at the paint desk, usually prevents me from coming here. Came in for seeds and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and help Nicole provided. With her help I managed to find some extra pieces I was needing for my spring cleaning. She was very welcoming and helpful, definitely a five star employee.
Went in looking for seasonal stuff, Nicole was such a huge HUGE help. She was super informative and passionate about everything. I highly recommend anyone visiting to ask for Nicole!

We have been doing some renovations in our new home and decided to use Home Hardware in Alliston to purchase our materials.The Knowledge, care and attention to detail that was shown to us will definitely keep us coming back!
