Good hardware store. Always has what I need
Unfortunately it was not a good expereince Sunday Aug 17. We went in to look at vinyl flooring and found a flip book. No prices at all. We asked someone, who turned out to be the floor supervisor, and she said she didn't know (she was also having a legit breakdown as she stated because she lost her entire order and told us about it for 5 min before asking us what we needed...very awkward encounter). She asked the man working at return counter, he didn't know. Finally she asked woman in paint, you guessed it, she didn't know.... read more

Staff us not very helpful. You'll have to fend for yourself
We had wanted an 8’ stepladder but did not have a big enough vehicle to get it home. I spoke to Rob, one of the managers and he said if we came in and paid for it that he would gladly drop it off on his way home without charge. We so appreciated this gesture and Rob’s kindness. We will look for him for advice in the future. It is so nice to know the people where you shop.
