Unprofessional and shady. Do not do work or buy anything from this store. The owner does not pay on time. Finds reasons to not pay or deduct money(reasons not related to the installation). Also sells wrong material to clients. I had to put a Lien on his clients house for or non payment reasons. I would stay away from this store client or installer.

Wanted to support local and it was the biggest mistake. Carpet was rushed and installed terribly. Only got the stairs fixed but dyelot was off and was told too bad. Had to chase for follow up. Basically made to feel that we should be grateful for a bad job. They argue with you and no doubt will try to disparage me now but I know what went down and how we were treated .Please be careful and do your research. If we hadn’t been watching them they would have put down the wrong flooring for the job. They wanted to install just a vinyl plank down on a cement floor. Cookstown Home Hardware told me that it was the wrong product to put down on a cement floor. The said the vinyl plank floor should have a cork backing because it has a R value which makes the floor warm and it can get wet & be fine & Cookstown Home Hardware is installing baseboard & they were $2000 less
