Happy with the product not the customer service. Nana is not in a rush when it comes to responding, he says he’ll call and doesn’t. We’ve now been jammed with finding our own trim pieces that he said he’d provide as he’s ghosted us. We purposely chose local instead of big box so that’s unfortunate. Floor looks great though.

Nana, from Alliston Flooring, and his team supplied us with quality solid hardwood floors and contractors to complete a renovation project. His team removed the existing carpet and installed the new hardwood floors. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We were very happy with not only the professionals who sold us the flooring, but also the professionals who installed both the laminate flooring and carpeting. Very happy to work with Allison flooring.
