If we hadn’t been watching them they would have put down the wrong flooring for the job. They wanted to install just a vinyl plank down on a cement floor. Cookstown Home Hardware told me that it was the wrong product to put down on a cement floor. The said the vinyl plank floor should have a cork backing because it has a R value which makes the floor warm and it can get wet & be fine & Cookstown Home Hardware is installing baseboard & they were $2000 less

Does cash deals then claims you wanted to save the tax not that he offered to do so and cheat the government on what he is required to collect, so we canceled the stair job and Nana kept $200 of our money claiming it was a cancelation fee... when he never ever mention anything about any policy like that do I but that's okay as now we know what type of a business person he truly is. Great experience working with Alliston Flooring. Had a basement floor replaced and both Nana and Ryan were phenomenal. Communicated exceptionally well; showed up on time, completed the work in short order and with great diligence and attention.

Nana installed new flooring in an apt rental, flooring was good and trim was terrible. But it's a rental so we didn't complain. A year passes and I reach out to Nana to see if Alliston Flooring would be able to be a small sponsor for the local Ice Cats U18 girls hockey team ($300). We were very appreciative that Nana said yes and he requested the sponsor form be sent to his Accountant. Accountant completes sponsor form so we printed the sponsor banner with all team sponsors and asked Nana for the funds. Thats when he started... read more
