I make an effort to be on time or early for appointments. Today unfortunately I was caught in a bit of traffic heading to my 9:00 appointment. I walked in the door of the clinic at 9:03. The receptionist was on the phone for a couple of minutes which I waited for her to finish. When I went to the window I was shocked that I was denied my appointment due to being late. Come to this clinic and be a patient of Dr D’Addario if you have no interest in ever seeing a doctor. They are impossible to get a hold of, rude on the phone and cancel appointments last minute. I drive 1.5 hours to get here since moving and they called me 10 minutes before my appointment to cancel it and didn’t care about the giant inconvenience they caused me. Offered to reschedule in a month… all because “the doctor wasn’t in”. Such a joke. Dr D’Addario is a poor doctor even when you do get to see her, doesn’t care or adv... read more
