I recently purchased some perennials on line and went to pick them up at the end of the week. I drove out of my way (I was looking for something specific that they had in stock) and was disappointed to discover that there was a mix up with my order and it was not there. They were very apologetic - refunded the amount and I left disappointed. Wonderful place to shop for both outdoor and indoor plants. The staff are so friendly and if you have a question that the person doesn't know they will take the time to ask their pros to find out for you. This is just so rare to find in the world of shopping to actually get real helpful knowledge. I was only visiting Alliston but was just so happy that I stopped here. Had a great experience at Alliston Botanix today. I went in with a few vegetable plants in mind and found exactly what I needed—with the help of knowledgeable and friendly staff. What really stood out was how they took the time to recommend other plant varieties and gave great planting advice along the way. I ended up buying quite a bit, and the staff went above and beyond by helping me bring everything to my car and load it up. Amazing customer service from start to finish. Decent variety of products, and helpful employee brought 2 potted plants to our vehicle .... But the woman I dealt with at the cash was arrogant and frankly rude! I was also told that my prepaid Vanilla MasterCard would be charged the full $100 it had instead of the $75 of my actual purchase.
