This shop endangered my life and my child’s life. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I brought my BMW X3 in May 2025 for an alignment after my cousin (a licensed mechanic) recommended I go elsewhere due to his schedule. Alliston Auto Repair has been honest and fair with me over the years, diagnosing issues accurately and appropriately, including suggestions for repair other than the most obvious - ultimately saving me money. I’ve always found Ian to be honest and once point. A trait I personally appreciate. My 2020 Ram 1500 just had some exhaust work and I threw a curve ball of adding tires to the mix while it was there. Ian was amazing from the first conversation to me driving off the lot. Dropped my car off for multiple issues, and in less than a week, I had it back in tip-top shape. The shop provided great communication of what was wrong with my car and how much the cost would be with no hidden fees. Best place in town if you ask me. Looks like I found my new mechanic.
