This is the worst place anyone could be my grandma was in there her second day there she fell and broke her hip. A couple weeks later went on hospice. I went to visit her I noticed she hasn’t had any oral car her mouth was so bad and crust her lips stuck to her teeth. Bed sheets were nasty she was hanging off the bed. I turned call light on took 45 mins for them to answer. I had to call again shortly after no one came.
