We experienced another copper pipe leak, and of course it was after hours. Josh responded fairly quickly and was in and out in one hour. He located the proper spot, cut a hole in the ceiling, and replaced the piece of pipe. He was a very knowledgeable young man.
For nearly four months, Allison’s has consistently proven to be one of the best in Hanover. We first called them in January for furnace issues, and they provided multiple service visits between January and March. At one point, when a part was delayed for over a week—right as the temperature dropped into the single digits—they showed up at our house within 10 minutes with enough space heaters for all of our common areas.
