Spoke with her in the evening hours , very nice and helpful. Told me she could assist me in bailing out my daughter the following morning. Provided me with details of the fee, proof of income needed, ect. Spoke to her following morning, told me she was calling her assistant to get a time when to meet me at the jail and for me to “ hold tight”. Never called back. If I could give negative stars I would. Extremely rude on the phone, even though I was just inquiring for information for a family member. If someone is calling you and is clearly upset on the phone, you don't act the way they acted in response. Just call someone else.
Honestly, this woman is so disrespectful the customer service is terrible I’m very polite and Allison is very nasty I’m not sure how she even has good reviews. Hung up on me rudely too what a miserable woman
