Met Mr Allison on the golf course and discussed a problem I was having with my pickup. Took it to his shop and was told they would keep my ticket open while they acquired the repair part and they would call me. Several days went by so I called them and was told the tech was test driving and would call me when he returned. It’s been a few weeks now no phone call or any communication.
Very professional and honest group of people. For as long as I live in this area, I will be bringing my vehicle to them for all issues.

Brought my car in with an intermittent “whining” noise from the engine or transmission. Andrew and Simon were quickly on the case and ran the car through its paces for a thorough evaluation. Turned out to be nothing requiring immediate attention. I appreciate the honesty and integrity of their shop. I have used this shop for years. They always do good work, at good prices and never take too long to get it done. Everyone is very nice and they won't try to upsell you something you don't need.
