Dr. Steele feels like a partner in my care. She always takes the time to answer my concerns and never makes a visit feel rushed. So lucky to have found a provider like her!
Dr Allison Steele is one in 10 million! I wish I could clone her and have her be my primary care too. She is personable, understanding and so knowledgeable about the weight loss journey.
While Dr. Steele is an excellent provider who does the most she can to get her patients the medication and care they need, the clinical staff needs improvement. My medication requires a PA and I understand that is out of their hands the majority of the time, this time it was not. The PA was filed a whole week after the refill request, and now that it is a Holiday week, I am looking at being a whole month without my medication. Had the MA and clinical staff handled this with more urgency and respect, I would not have a lapse ... read more
