From the first communication to the final deliverable, Allison exemplified professionalism, enthusiasm and kindness. We reached-out last minute during a holiday weekend hoping to capture some memories as we passed through San Diego on a road trip with the pup. Allison is the consumate professional. She was calm and positive, despite my misgivings on the day of photography due to sweltering heat and challenges with 3 small dogs with their own personality quirks and limitations (reactive to every other dog and scared of some people), the dogs elderly human grandmother, and frazzled mom. Allison was a delight to work with; we worked together virtually and my brief required a lot of images, with very specific poses. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive, even though we were not together in person. She was flexible while photographing the dogs as well, and incorporated any feedback in real time. Allison did a wonderful job for my dog’s 3rd birthday party portrait! She is patient, super clear on instructions and easy to work with! The session was so fun with her for both the humans and the pets. And the photo review session at her office brought me to tears!! We loved the photos she took of the pups and the family!
