Allison truly went above and beyond in the selling of my home. Not only did she expertly guide me through the process. She was extremely helpful in getting my property in top shape for a quick and easy sale. She was able to negotiate a deal over asking with my home being in the market for only 6 hours! She even met with contractors while I was out of town to make sure all repairs were done in a timely manner before closing. If you are buying or selling a home in central Oregon I cannot recommend Allison Rayburn enough !
