Worst office ever! No one at this office ever answers the phone. My pharmacy has been trying to reach the office for a prescription refill for over 3 weeks no response. I have been trying, on hold for over 45 mins. When you go into the office to speak to someone, staff is rude, dismissive and have attitudes. Please don’t go here.
Dr. Burton has been my doctor since I went on Social Security. I am now 78 and she is wonderful. Very attentive listens takes time to hear what you have to say doesn’t rush you. I would not want to ever change doctors. She will be my doctor forever.
Corp policy’s that don’t care about you
Don’t even bother to get an appointment here. As a new patient who called in December, i could be only scheduled for upcoming July. If you are THAT busy, you should put everywhere that you do NOT accept new patients. Just an advice, get a better receptionist as your current one sleeps on the job!
Dr Burton has been my primary doctor for over 10 years since coming to Florida. She is ALWAYS VERY PROFESSIONAL and takes time to LISTEN to my needs or concerns. I leave in confidence knowing I am in her care!! I do occasionally see her NP and her Medical Tech HEIDI. They are both knowledgeable and credible! If you are looking for professionalism and a very THOROUGH MD, Dr Burton is your person!
