Tim did a inspection of our home outside of Los Angeles. We were looking to find any issues with mold as we had a leak in the basement for a while, and looking for recommendations for fixing our roof as that has been starting to leak in a section that was redone a couple of years ago. Tim is a good home inspector. He showed us what we need to do to get rid of the leaking area and it doesn't seem to be to much work.
