I’m new to the area and the wait time to see new patients is 4-6 months out which isn’t helpful since I’m currently sick and need antibiotics. They wouldn’t recommend me to someone else in their medical group and the front desk was extremely dismissive and unwilling to help.
Dr. Kennedy has been my PCP for many years. I feel very grateful to be in her care. She is thorough, kind, and very knowledgable. She always takes the time to listen to your concerns and you never feel rushed. She has excellent follow-up. She is an excellent doctor. Thanks, Dr. Kennedy for your excellent care!
These people do not care about patients and bill for services never rendered. I declined a months long wait for an appointment, made a video appointment that they cancelled, and today received a bill for $254. What?
Thoughtful, intelligent, and respectful, she takes the time to listen to concerns and questions, and follow up quickly on test results, etc. Office is well-organized and professional. 10/10!
