Dr. Rathmann is a compassionate, empathetic and very respectful doctor. She does not rush you, she is thorough in her examine, she does not rush to make a diagnosis. I had to switch insurances because the one I had is not taken by many in my area. I may need a neurosurgeon again, and if i have to, i will switch insurances just so I can have Dr. Rathmann. I am truly disappointed with this practice. Today, I called this office not sure who I spoke with but she was NOT pleasant. I just wanted to make an appointment for a second opinion for an MRI i had done from a different doctor. The Dr who ordered the test is not a neurologist, so like any other person I was curious by some things the other doctor said so I wanted a second opinion. vey simple. That was my reason, solely.
