Dr Jay was wonderful. She explained the process and answered all my questions. And she made sure she called me with the results even after I missed our appointment. Regarding the cancer center: It was nice and convenient to see the “team” all in one place on the same day. The business card sheet protector with everyone’s card is very handy. Everyone took their time answering questions.
Dr. Jay is very thorough, she explains the process and the result really well. She would even call and reach out, making sure to address your questions/concerns. Empathetic and genuinely kind.
Dr. Jay is a talented and skilled clinician, who also is personable and kind. She listened to me and helped develop a plan for my testing. I thank her so much!
