I have been seeing Dr Crain for 7 years now. She is in an excellent doctor and an excellent advocate for my health. Her and her staff have taken the time to understand my health and are always available for my concerns. Dr. Crain is so knowledgeable on the latest medical developments and solutions. Thank you.

Such a terrible doctor. I don't feel like she every listened to me or paid attention to my chart or my online messages of why I was coming to see her. The very last time I had an appointment with her I started talking about my issue and she interrupted to say "Wait a minute, what are you talking about? Why are you here?" Really?! She clearly didn't review our online discussion of why I was there before our appointment. She prescribed me a medication to prevent migraines and never followed up on how I was doing on it. I was referred to Dr. Crain by St. Joseph’s Hospital due to severe headaches and other concerning symptoms. From the moment I met her, I felt genuinely comforted. She’s incredibly intelligent, attentive, and thorough. She recognized signs of a concussion, facial droop, and ongoing headache symptoms, and immediately began the process of connecting me with the right specialists. A couple of referrals didn’t work out—one didn’t take my insurance and another wasn’t a fit—but I’m currently waiting on two more and feeling hopeful.... read more
More of just a prescribe you drugs, Doctor than an actual Doctor described my describe my symptoms for months. Then ended up finally listening to me and sent me to an out-of-network radiologist. Even though she had my insurance information literally I wouldn't go here if your life depended on it. terrible.. This is a Doctor who will just punch your systems into a computer.And that's it and wait for the next best guess
