This doctor prescribed a medication which completely ruined the subtle effects I had for 14 years. I am now looking at a surgery which would have been completely unnecessary if I had never met her. I had to stress to her representative that I wanted to talk to my doctor before I finally got a call from her FIVE DAYS LATER! The sad thing is that UT Physicians still say shes their top physician for Non Pressure Hydrocephalus. She disregarded the main oath she took. First do no harm! RUN FROM HER!

Dr. Boyle put me on a drug for my non pressure hydrocephalus that ruined my inner ear, gave me horrible tinnitus, and worsened my balance. When I called to see about getting off of the prescription I couldn’t get her on the phone and was hesitant to stop the medication all at once since I was gradually given 1 pill up to 4. Since I was on vacation and couldn’t get an answer, I reversed the process myself as best I could and gradually decreased my meds. I got tinnitus and my balance worsened because of her care. I am scheduled to meet Dr Boyle for the first time on 10/17/19 (haven't met her yet). I accidentally clicked on the "thumbs down" image on Danielle Pate's review from 3/13/17. I don't see how to remove that!

I have been trying to find a diagnosis for my shaking episodes for 9 years now and though we still haven't been able to pin it down Dr Boyle has been very open to listening to everything I had to say and open-minded toward treatment options. Not once did I feel rushed to finish up, which is rare with specialists. Her office has even been helpful in helping me find the next department within UT to dig into my condition.

She's great. I have Tourette's and went 24 years without a diagnosis. I was 7 when I had my first onset and was diagnosed by a male neurologist when I was 31. Dr. Boyle was a student at the time, and she was in the room when I was diagnosed. Now that that male doc is retired, she's my main doc and she's great.
