First time going to Dr Locke and from the beginning it was a very warming atmosphere! I’m experiencing some issues and was nervous but even upon admittance with Ashley doing my paperwork she was very polite and friendly! Only was in the waiting room approximately 10 minutes and was called back by Andrea, now Andrea definitely is a character lol and was extremely upbeat and a happy lady, she was joking around and made my anxiety even less stressful! I went to her for a second opinion back in 2019 because I wasn’t happy with the gastrointestinal doctor I was seeing. She’s an amazing lady whom is very professional and was very empathetic to my needs. I highly recommend her. If and when I need to go back I will be going to her. If I could give her 10 stars I would.
I think she is very unprofessional. She performed a colonoscopy and told me I didn't need another one for 2 yrs. Claims she set up an appointment for 6 months. They did not modify me and claimed they called but I hung up. Not sure why she would tell me to come back in 2 yrs and claim that I should back in 6 months for a check up. A check up with out a colonoscopy is nonsense, just another way to bill my insurance. I have had chrones for 30yrs and never experienced anything like this. Your 25$ is in the mail
