I’m surprised there are good reviews here considering the staff and lack of respectful communication. The person answering the phone is so incredibly rude, condescending, and totally lacking any communication skills. It’s shockingly bad. I can’t believe she actually gets paid to treat people badly. I tried to get through to someone else in the office to help me but my calls were always re-routed back to her. It’s really sad that people trying to get medical care have to deal with things like this.
