I have completed several workouts on AK+ and I love the variety Allison has offered - she has included many different exercises and different lengths of classes! It is super helpful to have the library of exercises available, too. When I don't have a lot of time, I can get up from my desk and do a few different guided exercises or I can refer to these short videos to be sure I'm doing the exercises with proper form. Allison thought of everything when creating this platform. I give AK+ an A+! Dana L.

Originally came to Allison to get in shape for my wedding and found so, so much more. I’ll never leave! A kind, compassionate trainer and person who has made one of my least favorite activities pleasurable and meaningful. I have a long history of punishing myself with exercise, and Allison is the first person who’s shifted that for me. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

This is the second session of classes I've taken with Allison and I have been extremely happy with the workouts. She is knowledgable and gives a variety of classes that tackle different parts of the body. Overall it is a no judgment, fun atmosphere. I would highly recommend!

Allison's Bootcamp workouts, which have been in my basement for the most part of this last year, have kept me sane, kept me connected, kept me working toward fitness goals and have kept me looking forward to more of them. The workouts are varied, they are challenging and always thoughtful. I love being part of her class and part of the Bootcamp community!
