Had an amazing experience choosing my wedding dress with Allison herself, who was incredibly patient, considerate, and almost as excited as I was to find something that I would feel beautiful in for my big day! Traveled to this store as it was the closest stockist of my dream Justin Alexander dress. I brought my dress in April 2022 my wedding was June 2023 was told it would be due in to store between Nov/January I left it until March 2023 to call , a number of phone calls later and 3 weeks before my wedding still no dress and no update, I ended up having to drive 4 hours to go and collect my dress and find a closer seamstress and there was no help to try and book a fitting and I was told they would be very accomodating to fit in wi... read more
DO NOT USE ALLISON JAYNE BRIDALWEAR Unless you want to be lied to constantly, not receive your dress until 3 weeks before your wedding, and be sold a dirty, used veil, please do not use this shop for your special occasion. I ordered my dress in January 2022 for our wedding in June 2023. We were told that I would need to pay for it in full straight away and that the dress would be with us by October.
