Had an absolutely amazing experience with Allison Jayne herself when choosing the dress for my wedding. I felt comfortable, beautiful, and everything you want to feel when you're looking for the dress for such a special occasion! I was encouraged to try plenty of styles to make sure I'd find the perfect one, and my budget was considered very carefully. Alterations and final fittings were done with plenty of time to spare, and I felt amazing on my big day 🥰
I loved the wedding dress I found and paid a lot of money for at Allison Jayne Bridal but it has recently closed in #Bristol. I’ve tried to call and email them at Bristol and now other stores in Cardiff and Swansea and nothing for over a month.
DO NOT USE ALLISON JAYNE BRIDALWEAR Unless you want to be lied to constantly, not receive your dress until 3 weeks before your wedding, and be sold a dirty, used veil, please do not use this shop for your special occasion. I ordered my dress in January 2022 for our wedding in June 2023. We were told that I would need to pay for it in full straight away and that the dress would be with us by October.
