Very slow response, she was the listing agent and gave me and my agent an asking price that was approved by the seller and then changed her mind and claimed to have signed the contract with "another buyer" that previously she had said they did not want to deal with. I think there was no 2nd buyer and she was just playing with us for a higher price. Records show that the property had once been taken off the market and re-listed at higher price. Very dishonest.
