I was forced to see Dr Heider after Dr Parker was fired. Heider began making decision a out my health care without ever seeing me and has continued to do so to this day. She's incompetent has made decisions using her ego and not medical decisions made for the norm.

I have been with Dr. Heider since she was at the office on Cleveland. Me and my boyfriend loved her. But every since she is at the new clinic you can never get in to see her, they are always trying to get you to see a pcp instead. I wouldn't pay 1 nickel to see the pcp (Becky) she is worthless.
