LOL the ladies at this office are basically clueless when it comes to what to expect with Paragard IUDs. After my ultrasound for placement, I went out to the center where they have their desks and there was 6-8 of them standing around there. First thing is first, if you can’t pay hundreds upfront each visit, do not come here. I didn’t have an issue with the payments but it’s something they don’t lead off with so it was a huge throw off in the beginning. My pregnancy started off great. No symptoms. Then around my 4 month mark I have crazy high blood pressure. I’m talking 160/100 something. I asked them why my blood pressure is high. I had such a beautiful experience here while pregnant and an even better experience while in labor! It was my first pregnancy and they took such good care of me and I always felt so comfortable. Dr Kris is an amazing doctor. I was so scared to give birth and so nervous over my water broke but Dr Kris and all the wonderful nurses at Lakewood ranch women’s center made me feel so much better. Dr Kris also helped me deliver my 10 pound 2 ounce baby with no tears!!!! I can never recommend this place enough!
Best gynecologist I’ve ever had! So glad I found her and switch from previous doctor in Lakewood Ranch. The entire team is always kind, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Kris truly listens and has never made me feel like my symptoms were invalid or “all in my head.” She takes the time to work with you, figure out what’s going on, and build a plan together.
