Dr. Stephens and the entire staff are wonderful. I’ve gone in multiple times feeling anxious and always leave feeling reassured and cared for. Raquel is especially kind and incredibly prompt in responding to messages. The Hillview location is consistently clean and efficient—I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen, and appointments are always completed within an hour. I highly recommend this practice!
Words cannot express the gratitude my husband and I have for the entire team at university park! Kris, Keke, and Holly were incredible to work with for our first pregnancy and birth. Really awful experience through my pregnancy and birth. 8 months building trust for not one of my midwives or doctors to be on shift during my birth. Plus a ton of other disappointments including overcharging
The manger is AWFUL. A year ago I had a new patient appointment. After the appointment, I had a question about billing. I was told one price over the phone and charged something different in office, which I can understand there could have been a miscommunication. No problem! I just wanted to clear it up. I called once or twice and never got an answer from the billing department. I called back a third time and no one answered so I left a message asking for a call back. I never received a call back.
