Allison found our new home for us. She was steady as a rock during negotiations, meticulous on details, and timely on follow-ups. We recommend her highly!
Allison Gold was a dream to work with. She was patient, kind, and listened to us as sellers. We appreciated the time and effort she put in to the sale of our home. I would recommend Allison to anyone who wants to get the job done with ease and no hassles.
We've worked with Allison on three real estate transactions in the last three years, from quite simple to very complicated, and could not be more impressed. She knows all the right questions to ask; we trust her advice completely. Her relationship skills are great, and we would recommend her for any type of real estate transaction on both the buyer and the seller side.

Allison is a fabulous agent. She helped us through the long process of preparation, negotiation and sale. There were so many moving parts to this transaction that Allison skillfully navigated. She was super-aware of changing market conditions and did an amazing job of maximizing our return. We love her positive and fun personality and highly recommend her to anyone in the Los Angeles area that is interested in selling, buying or renting a property.
