I presented with life-altering symptoms. Instead of taking them seriously, Dr. Gard dismissed them. I had to seek a new provider who actually listens to their patients. Not recommended.
Dr. Gard listened to me and took action. I love her no nonsense but compassionate approach.
I did not appreciate Dr. Gard's line of questioning during my consultation with her. She asked me about my employment and financial situation because I am currently unemployed, and I felt judged by her. Her questions were irrelevant to my medical history. I am extremely disappointed and hurt by her questions, and I am hoping that she loses her medical license or at least reprimanded.
Dr. Gard is the best. She listens to her patients in a caring and respectful way. She is very knowledgeable. She works with you to find solutions.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Gard; she and her nurse were very nice. Dr. Gard was very thorough, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything before I left. She was also very polite when reminding me to schedule my yearly physical exam (I haven't had one in almost 6 years) :-P
