My wife is actually the one writing this she is just using my name for her discretion. I had a consultation scheduled here and I got the time and location mixed up. I accidentally went to the Kenwood location when my appointment was at the Edgewood location. And I also got my appointment time mixed up. The Kenwood location is in a very upscale office building that even has security. I felt uncomfortable just from that upon arrival. It was not a very warm and inviting environment. From the moment I met the Dr and team I was comfortable. My appointments were in both locations based on my schedule - Dr. Lied and everyone was wonderful, kind and easy to work with. My results were really very good and they helped make a tragedy a positive experience. Highly recommend them.
