I had a very nice appointment with Allison especially since it was my 1st with her. She was both very knowledgable in general but also of my own medical history. She answered as well as asked questions & even gave new options that I was unaware of. A very pleasant experience.
The office was clean and welcoming. The staff were all friendly, professional. Allison is very pleasant, patient, and explained my condition using ordinary language. She answered every question and I felt seen and heard as a person, not just another patient. Allison's assistant January is professional, kind, friendly, and - like Allison - treated me like a person. They both made sure I understood the plan of action and follow up. I'm glad I chose this practice.
Allison seemed to be very thorough - much appreciated.
