PA Howard was very compassionate and understanding to what i was going through. Iron levels dangerously low, iykyk. Went in and had a reaction to the infusion 2 min in! Was concerned about when I was going to be able to get another one. The nurses in the back assured me that it happens all the time with that certian iron infusion and that they would contact my insurance and I would hear from them soon to set another appointment up to come in and get it. Dr Chae is a good doctor, compassionate and will communicate with you during your appointment. He communicates with my doctors at MD Anderson and keeps up with what they want done. Some of the nurses could use classes on compassion and understanding what a cancer patient feels and goes through every day, like the pain, nauseousness, and the feeling of uselessness because alot of patients dont understand the illness and what all the "numbers" mean.
