Dr Chae is a good doctor, compassionate and will communicate with you during your appointment. He communicates with my doctors at MD Anderson and keeps up with what they want done. Some of the nurses could use classes on compassion and understanding what a cancer patient feels and goes through every day, like the pain, nauseousness, and the feeling of uselessness because alot of patients dont understand the illness and what all the "numbers" mean. Dr Chae is a good doctor, compassionate and will communicate with you during your appointment. He communicates with my doctors at MD Anderson and keeps up with what they want done. Saw Dr Mangat because I was referred to him. I have Verrucous Carcinoma which is rare. He flat out said it was likely a misdiagnosis from the pathologist. It was confirmed by two other pathologists. His spent all of 5 minutes with us and said I needed to go to Houston or Dallas or Lubbock. Dismissed us rather quickly. A week later I get a call from a Dr in Lubbock that he referred us to without even mentioning it to us. He acted like we were wasting his time. Very disappointing that he could not address a treatment plan here... read more

STAFF DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH Md Anderson. They can barely manage to communicate with patients. Now loved ones get to drive to Houston instead of staying locally. ..most incompetent medical staff.
