Terrible experience with Allison. I overpaid ($450) for my 2021 personal tax return filing. It took her well over a month to final my returns, and she did it incorrectly, resulting in me having to pay $1,500 more to the State of Montana a year after the taxes were filed. Also, I was audited this year and Allison refused to represent me or help me with the audit. Allison and her team brings in a sunny feeling to the idea of tax season. Pretty straightforward of getting an idea about your financials and then just request documents where they work from there with no worries but much hope.
Lives up to their slogan, "Accounting with Personality". Staff knows their stuff and very helpful. Its important to have a CPA firm you can trust and these folks are the most trustworthy firm in town. Not the cheapest place but you get what you pay for, and this place is worth it. If just for your peace of mind. Highly recommended and I've already referred my family, friends, and other local small business owners.
I’ve worked with Allison to file my taxes for several years. This year, I was very impressed with a recent call from the office. Stephanie noticed some changes from previous years taxes and wanted to make sure they were accurate. Most of them were, but one was my oversight. I forgot to claim a substantial amount of money!
