I have been a patient of Dr. Boyle since 2018, and I can’t say enough about the excellent care I have received. She is a wonderful neurologist with a great bedside manner. Dr. Boyle truly listens to her patients and takes the time to understand their concerns. Recently, I needed to see her urgently, and both she and her team went above and beyond to communicate with me promptly. They even arranged a virtual call to ensure I received the care I needed. Sometimes, I feel better just knowing I have an appointment with her. Her ... read more

My experiences with Dr. Boyle were very disappointing. She was never prepared for the office visit. Not patient focused. 1. The doctor ordered an MRI during my first office visit & prescribed medication. When I returned for a follow up visit, she hadn’t looked at the MRI prior to entering the exam room. I had to ask what were the results. She left the room to go look at the MRI. 2. I was prescribed a drug that may cause liver problems. The doctor did not order test on a regular basis to ensure my liver was not being affected... read more

My mother in law has been diagnosed with Parkinson's. She has been going to this office for about year now and has had nothing but trouble. She never gets a call back from a doctor or nurse. It does not matter the urgency of the matter, they are not going to call back & if they do, they tell you come in but wait, that appointment will be in a month or longer... Doctor may be nice but the staff sucks enough that we are now looking for another doctor.

Dr Allison Boyle did a great job explaining the status of my tremors and the planned treatment. She has excellent communication skills..

Won’t refill prescriptions, never called back when I called with an urgent need for my dad who had been taken to the ER (twice), never received call when I asked to speak to the office manager. I had to track down an original prescription at the pharmacy to prove to her she had written a prescription we needed a refill on. My dad went 6 mos without this necessary Parkinsons prescrip. The lack of care for the patient is horrible.
