Extremely rude.
Outstanding experience with Allison Boehm & the ENT team at Heritage Medical. My son had a tonsillectomy. Allison spent time answering all of our questions before and after. She was patient to educate us about the procedure. She set expectations so we would feel confident in the process and recovery. We felt cared for, and the procedure performed by Dr. Kristin Stevens went better than expected.
The atmosphere was cold and sterile. The staff seemed condescending and looked down their noses at me and my wife.
