Excellent practitioner in hypnosis. Would for sure use her talents again. Was put at ease (I'm new to hypnosis) and was made comfortable and confident within moments. Will definitely contact and pursue her business again in the future.
I did one of the monthly group hypnosis sessions, and while the session was very interesting in the moment, I was actually very surprised at how my thoughts and behavior shifted in the days and weeks afterward. So much so, that I decided to sign up for the self hypnosis course because I wanted to understand more of how this all works. Allison is a skilled practitioner and excellent teacher. Great experience.

I participated in a remote group hypnosis session, the Fire Horse activation. My activity leading up to the session was a bit chaotic and increasing my stress levels, but that all went away during the session. I came out of the hour call deeply restful and at peace.
