I have been going to Allison for awhile now as well as other family members . What I like the most about her is she listens to you she doesn’t just rush you out like a number her medical assistant is amazing as well . She is always on top of any paper work you need done also she really looks into her treatments she doesn’t just say here take this . She will actually research and will explain everything to you . Truly one of the best experiences I have ever had in a medical setting. This office was clean, and beautiful. It was my first time seeing Allison Basta. Her medical assistant was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Allison Basta took time with me to answer all my questions and concerns. I have had amazing experiences with APRN Allison Basta as my primary care provider. She is always helpful, understanding, and easy to contact regarding referrals and simple questions on MyChart, and she has been knowledgeable regarding my care, or honest about when I should seek a specialist. I feel understood and listened to as far as bedside manner goes, and that goes a long way for me.
Ms. Basta is excellent. She is dedicated to each patient to give the very best care.
It was a blessing to be able to be referred by chance to Allison after an ER visit since I didn’t have a primary care doctor set up at the time.
