Professional, the best hearing company in Houston, they know how to test you and recommend the right solution for each individual. If you need help they respond to fix any problems. They provide loaners while your hearing aids are being repaired
I was treated with kindness and respect throughout the visit. The doctor, Lindsey Moder, performed the test with great professionalism, courtesy and grace.

We were surprised to find out they can’t get our claim to go through. They said it happens every year at the beginning of the year. If they had told us beforehand we would’ve waited to go in. We had to pay almost $200 before we left for the exam after thinking it would only be a $20 copay. (Per my insurance company). So we are very disappointed in not being told ahead of time.
