Love your doctor as much as I do! I highly recommend Dr Greg Johnson as a primary care physician. He is professional, friendly, but mostly really cares about me as a human and patient. Front desk staff treat all patients equally and with professionalism. Easy and free parking. Allina Vadnuis Clinic is also connected to an Urgency Room.
I just got a call from the clinic. As soon as I said hello and told them who I was, they immediately put me on hold. Then they came back, asked me a few questions, and put me on hold again. After all that waiting, they just hung up on me! They need to work on their customer service skills.
