Dr. Bittner is wonderful. She has been my children's pediatrician for the last 12 years. She is knowledgeable, while still being friendly and truly caring.
Very nice and friendly Doctor, but the worst of this Allina in Eagan is their phone system, you will be on hold for 45-50 minutes and they gonna hang up on you.
